职位描述：
工程合作模式：PPP（和政府财政厅合资成立的公司来操作）
一期工程投资：50亿（总投资超过100亿）
一期工程工期：2年
工程类别包括：湿地公园、水上旅游线路建设、景区道路、城市供水水源工程、城区供水管网工程、圩堤加固工程、防洪堤景观工程、垃圾中转站建设、河道疏浚及与联通整治工程、智慧城市信息化工程、以及其他集灌溉、防洪、排涝、小水电等为一体的综合性水利工程。

岗位职责：
1、负责项目公司的全面管理
2、负责一期工程的建设管理，对所有项目进度、质量、成本、安全负责
3、负责二期、三期工程的商务拓展
4、当地政府部门关系的维护和协调

任职资格：
1、工程类专业本科学历，45岁以下，一级建造师资质优先。
2、全国性知名建设集团三年以上大型水利、市政工程建设大项目经理经验。
3、工程管理经验丰富，和政府业主方沟通协调能力较强。
4、有熟悉江西或者河南地理环境、有与江西或河南省政府部门沟通经验者优先。
