职位描述

Work closely with the Senior Manager on any Merchandising Systems Issues / Users' Needs
Partner with the Business Users (mainly China) to understand and evaluate their system needs, and translate business requirements into system requirements / solutions
Support the day to day IS activities for the Merch area. Systems that will be used are JDA Allocations and Oracle RPAS Planning
Assist to manage and execute the implementation of system enhancements and new systems through the project life cycle following Coach PMO standards and methodologies. Responsibilities include: Developing the functional design, system testing, coordinating user testing, training and support implementation
Assist to manage and implement various projects in the Merchandising/Planning/Allocation area. Those include, but not limited to, developing and maintaining the data conversion and implementation schedule
Partner with IS teams and counterparts in Asia offices as well as US corporate office
Stationed in Shanghai and Potential quarterly travel between Shanghai & HK


Education, Experience, and Qualifications

§ Bachelor degree and Minimum of 2 years' experience with merchandising and allocation systems like Oracle, JDA etc. required

§ Experiences and sound knowledge on the business processes of retail industry

§ Experiences in commercial merchandising, planning and allocation packages support / implementation

§ Strong communication and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese, with experience in partnering with Chinese native business clients, such as 3rd party logistics, and other English native IS team members to implement and support systems

§ The experiences / knowledge on the below areas is an advantage.

- Inventory Management & Forecasting & Planning

- Allocation & Accounting Management

- Modern Project Management / ITIL

§ Must be energetic and detailed oriented. Adaptable, flexible with strong sense of responsibility. Ability to multi-task, and prioritize

§ Ability to manage uncertainties/conflicts and steer towards alignment
