Goals/Mission:
- Support material research team for developing insulation material and its application Tasks
- Develop experimental solutions for preparation and application of insulation materials
- Work together with Senior Scientists and business partners for trouble shooting and development of new solutions
- Make survey to insulation material R&D in universities and industrial companies, scouting technology trends in Transformer and Generator industry
- Carry out pre-development literature research and review report - A good command of oral English is required Education

Major/Specialty:
- PhD in Polymer, Material Science & Engineering Knowledge/Languages
- Consolidate knowledge and experience in insulation material & system (resins and composites)
- Consolidate knowledge and experience in Transformer or Generator (变压器或发电机) Experience
- Hands on experience with characterization of insulation materials & system and high voltage testing
- At least 2 years working experience is required Additionamation
- Occasionally travel to Siemens local plants
- Job Language:EN
- Education or working experience in European countries is a plus.
