Amazon Global Selling is a key initiative to achieve our vision to offer customers Earth’s largest selection. We provide businesses the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform worldwide. Each year, tens of thousands of businesses join our Marketplace in 10 countries, adding millions of new products. More than 2 million sellers use this Marketplace, exceeding 40% of total Amazon unit sales and growing.
In our effort to support this aggressive growth around the world, we are looking for a Seller Onboarding Project Manager to work with sellers, manufacturers, brand owners, service providers and partners to support sellers who are getting onboard on the Amazon platform for selling their products.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build excellence seller onboarding SOP to help seller’s selling on Amazon smoothly. You will work with internal technical engineers, business owners and other function teams to build tools and processes with innovative ideas. You will have the opportunity to discuss with senior personnel regarding strategies, trade-offs, best practices and risk management, you should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Launch new sellers by providing scalable training and other approach to help sellers to list their products, getting to know basic knowledge on Amazon global marketplace platform
2.Drive the seller onboarding innovation by working with local and global teams to automate/develop tools to streamline the seller onboarding process
3.Participate in continuous process improvement of team daily working procedure as needed
4.Act as the point of contact for swift resolution of escalated issues from internal/external
5.Relentlessly work to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business opportunities for the Merchant Services group.
6.Act as a coach to support sales/onboarding specialist on the floor and interface with team manager in other work related areas
Basic qualifications
1. 3+ years project management, technical support, pre-sales or business analysis, Internet Company preferred
2.Strong organization and project management skills
3.High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
4.Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese; this role will require the creation of content such as whitepapers and other written deliverables
5.Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.
6.Strong interests on learning new things and solving problems
Preferred qualifications
1.Technical background or data related experience is big plus
2. Experience with e-commerce or retail would be an advantage
3. Leadership ability and experiences
