Main Responsibility:

1. Project Related
Analysis and Solution Definition
l Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry.
l Identifies organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
l Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
l Develops functional specifications for projects/engagements.
Technical Recommendation and Testing
l Leads testing efforts.
l Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
l Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
l Communicates needed changes to development team.
Project Execution
l Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
l Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
l Communicates and applies project standards.
l Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
l Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
l Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
2. Core responsibility

Technical Understanding
l Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
l At least 6 years of experience in ERP LN System with specific focus on SCM/Production business areas.

l Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.

Requirement:

l Familiar with finance operation process, AP, AR, Costing, Asset management and GL process are a definite plus

l Familiar with supply chain, manufacturing business flow, manufacturing experience is a plus.

l Strong technical knowledge in application development using Oracle/DB2, SQL, Cognos Reports. Knowledge of machine programming, network infrastructure, and data communication are a definite plus.

l Experience with project management and Enterprise Asset Management will be an advantage.

l Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Finance equivalent

l Good communication skills. 良好的沟通技巧。
l Fluent in speaking and writing English and Mandarin. 流利的英语口语和写作能力。
l At least 3 years application implementation and support experience on ERP software in a manufacturing environment. AS400 and BAAN system will be a strong plus.
