POSITION GOALS
? Develop and support Industrial Sales and Leasing capability in Pearl River Delta, to expand and improve its service delivery, to support and enhance the firm’s business.
? Lead the Team to effectively manage assigned client leasing portfolio to achieve agreed revenue and profitability targets.
? Develop experience and expertise to engage in longer more complex transactions.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Familiar with Industrial Leasing Market, such as logistic or Manufactory Leasing; with abundant investment or urban renewal knowledge.
? Have strong Industrial resource and Networking, keep good communication with government and key clients
? To provide high value services to Industrial sales and leasing services clients, identify and develop business plans for long term client relationship
? To identify, secure and undertake Industrial Sales and Leasing assignments across Pearl River Delta (hereinafter referred to as “PRD”)
? To take a leading role in developing business opportunities for Industrial Leasing amongst existing and new clients in PRD
? To establish a constructive working relationship with other business units / lines in the Asia Pacific region
? To coach and develop the skills and capabilities of Industrial Sales and Leasing staff in PRD
? To developing the Industrial Sales and Leasing business in PRD establishing high service standards, and maximize cross selling opportunities

MEASURES ? Financial: to achieve revenue targets for the group, to be agreed
? Client: to achieve a high level of client satisfaction
? People: to command a high level of respect and support amongst your peers and your subordinates in Residential Sales and Leasing and amongst those of other business units


EMPLOYMENT SPECIFICATIONS ? 3 years above experience in property sales and leasing assignments
? Abundant client resource for Leasing / Investment
? strong business development and negotiation skills
? sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills
