职位描述：
工作职责：
1、项目投资分析，进行日常成本测算，提供设计变更成本建议；
2、负责对设计估算、施工图预算、招标文件编制、工程量计算进行审核；
3、组织院内招投标实施；
4、合同文件的起草与管理，跟踪分析合同执行情况，审核相关条款；
5、工程款支付审核，结算管理，概预算与决算报告；
6、变更洽商审核及处理索赔事宜。
7、负责项目相关材料考察及招标、评标、合同谈判等；
8、审核分包单位项目目标成本、签证、设计变更和竣工结算等。

任职资格：
1、工程造价、工民建等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、熟悉预算定额及其他各种计价方式，具有一定现场施工经验、熟悉土建材料的市场价格；
3、熟练掌握相关领域工程造价管理和成本控制流程，了解相关规定和政策；
4、善于撰写投标文件、合同及进行商务谈判；
5、具有良好沟通、协调能力，熟练使用办公软件及预算软件；
6、工作严谨，善于沟通，具备良好的团队合作精神和职业操守；为人正直、讲原则、责任心强、吃苦耐劳；
7、卓越的执行能力，学习能力和独立工作能力。
