About our client
Our client is a leading system supplier of process air technology for various industrial applications. As an international group of companies headquartered in Switzerland and subsidiaries in India, Singapore and China, providing process air systems to a constantly growing number of customers in China and worldwide.
About the role
Job Title: Production Manager
Report to: General Manager
Subordinates: 6
As a Production Manager, you will be strongly supported by the Head of Operations (Expatriate) and the Quality Manager (Expatriate), and report directly to the General Manager.
? Production facility in the plant with annual production volume for RMB 120 Million or so
? Plan and schedule all the production activities and realize the production targets on time with a team of 50 staff in several group
? Plan required HR resources, hire and train staff, and maintain a proper workflow and discipline in the workshop
? Analyze the current production process, determine potential improvements, and realize them in close cooperation with Process Planning and QC Department
? Support QC Department in maintaining a high product quality
? Organize and lead the warehouse to ensure proper material flow and on time deliveries to our clients
Qualifications & skills required
? Bachelor/Master degree, major in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or equivalent
? 7+ years of working experience in Production Management role in the mechanical workshop
? Strong leadership ability, be able to motivate and discipline your team
? Strong sense for Quality, willing to invest high efforts to achieve excellent goals
? Reliable, ambitious and self-organizing, used to work under pressure
? Familiar with common material systems (ERP)
? Proficiency in English (business communication in an international working environment)
