职位描述
. Daily coordination between BV CPS and client:
l On-site coordinate activities between client, inspection office as necessary
a. Report chasing if report is delay
b. Quotation checking if client has doubt on quotation
c. Inspection coordinating if client has special requirement / instruction / check points etc
d. Report explanation if client has misunderstanding/confusion/questions/ on report
e. Handling client’s urgent request.
f. Holiday notification and arrangement
f. Other assigned jobs
l Handle day-to-day client enquires for technical enquiries or program procedure enquiries
l Handle client complaints for report delay, report quality, repeat errors, monetary claims or potential monetary claims and others.
l Maintain client’s daily paper work as necessary

l Maintain client’s monthly paper work as necessary:
a. ECI Monthly Activities Report (HL/SL)
b. ECI Monthly Forecast
l Maintain and update client and BV documents as necessary

c. BV Operation Office Contact list
l Report to OPM is a must if any issue impact or may impact the relationship between client and BV, or client given a negative feedback to BV.
2. Assistance to project handling:
l Internal documents updating (COP, CPT, IFI etc…)
l On-site monitor the daily operation of project and the implementation of new procedures
l Upon detecting any new business chance from client (or any competitor activities) , provide the first-hand information to operational program manager / key account manager for immediate follow-up.
l Be sensitive for those potential problems or risks and able to solve potential problems or risks during daily client program management, which may become the obstacle for the program and harm the relationship with client
l Escalate sensitive or key issues that are negatively / possibly impacting customer service / the relationship between client and BV
l Be able to handle the client’s complaints independently: investigate, find out root cause / possible reason, make corrective action plan and timely case sharing
l Have a good consciousness of risk assessment during the program handling
l Provide supports to invoicing team by coordinating client for invoicing validation and overdue payment.
l Collaborate with Credit control department for financial issues related to client
l Be customer-oriented and self-motivated in program handling, to ensure the better service delivery quality.
l According to client’s specific requirement, the below jobs would be assigned:
a. To assist OPM / key account manager in preparing summary or collecting necessary data
b. To work with OPM for complaint handling
c. To set up / attend a meeting with client to review IAC performance, the necessary and sufficient meeting preparation should be made before meeting.
d. Other assigned jobs.
Qualifications:
l Demonstrated ability to work with customers, determines their requirements, define and assist in solving problems, and generally ensure their total satisfaction with BV CPS.
l Ability to work well under pressure to handle crisis situations and balance several tasks simultaneously
l Must possess strong work ethic and excellent client service skills to ensure effective, responsive client interaction (internal and external)
l Be confident, highly efficient, and self-motivated
l Knowledgeable in BV CPS IAC operations, procedures and capabilities or any testing/inspection industry experience preferred
l Be able to work independently, as well as in a departments environment
Required Skill:
l Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
l Language requirements, fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
l University graduated with 2 years or above working experiences preferably in factory audit, inspection, lab test or customer service sector;
l Be good at Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, power point and visio)
