KA Business Support Assistant
Business Unit: Key Account department
Location: Shanghai
Reports to (Title): National KA Manager
Purpose of the position:
Support KA team for National KA biz including but not limited for order management for newclient Shenzhou\Walmart\Sam and daily operation for KA team
Main responsibilities:
1. Collect and validate data, prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly regional sales analysis report for business planning and KPI tracking
2. "Conduct regular report analysis for KAM (S/I, S/T forecast and actual tracking, Mix, YTD performance review etc.) ;
3. Provide the analytic tool and beneficial suggestion to KAM"
4. Understand promotion policy, design calculation format, complete the national/special promotion result calculation and present the result to related functions
5. Be responsible for channel sales and market information collection and analysis , provide the analysis report and recommendation to business.
6. Order Management, including the order collection, input and tracking in system, provide feedback to customer and internal counter partner
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree,CET4 at least, business, economics, trade or related major
2. at least 2 years sales anlytical experience in multinational companies.
3. Good at spoken and written English
4. Business process understanding, SAP / CRM experiences preferred
5. Excellent capability in MS Office, especially in excel & PPT for data analysis.
