职位描述：

Purpose:
-To strive for operational excellence and continuous improvement from key account management perspective
-To jointly work with Key Account Manager to maintain and develop account together

Job Description:
To be the Excellence owner for the designated key accounts
To manage customer relationship and customer information,serving as main communication channel between the customer and the company
To issue,implement,distribute and update the SOP
To jointly work with sales ownership(if any)To liaise the signing of service contract,service agreement between customer and the company
To handle the claims/operations escalation issues in close co-operation with local operation departments and also in communication with sales ownership(if any)
To define KPI to monitor the service performance
To identify the root cause by analyzing KPI and complaints,look into process flow and implement corrective actions for service improvement
To introduce KN Login system to customers,and prepare/update Customer Profile to match customer requirements via KN Login as value-added service
To conduct the service review meeting on regular basis to collect customer feedback and retain the cooperation with customers
To jointly work with global/regional operations key account team or controlling office in achieving overall key account excellence

Requirements:
College graduates or above
Over 8 years experience in international forwarding company.Working experience in similar role will be preferred
Be familiar with account management
Be good at MS software
Excellence English(oral & spoken)
Presentable and independent with good interpersonal skill
Strong sense of responsibility,self-motivated with positive working attitude
