岗位职责：
1. 负责点火线圈和节气门产品开发；
2. 根据相关要求进行产品开发节点控制；
3. 根据研发问题，组织相关部门开会解决；

任职要求：
1. 有相关产品（节气门、点火线圈）的产品开发；
2. 英语沟通流利（书面+口语）
3. 熟练使用OFFICE软件
4. 工作地点在无锡


Mission

R&D PTE is accountable for the deliverables of his network due to ensure the success of the project
He/She is responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting of his scope
Product Technical Engineer is empowered by their functions to manage their respective Contributors.
 
 
Responsibilities
§ Highlight the main responsibilities
 
Deliverables:
- Apply the CIP / handbook / CPM (Clean Project Management)
- In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets
- Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on sound justifications
- Call for all necessary design reviews
- Make sure that Design Reviews of other networks are happening in a timely manner (Purchase, Industrial)
- Represent the R&D function at the customer
- Interface with the customer for the R&D subjects of this project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs
- Report and escalate to his project manager or R&D manager as needed
 
Detailed scheduling and budgeting
- Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments
- Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones
- Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget
 
Management of the contributors
- Daily management of all R&D contributors, dedicated or not
- Assign to them the work packages needed
- Regular review with the Metier Department Manager to check alignment between needs and availabilities 举报 分享
