Requirements and Qualifications/应聘条件:

1. B.Sc. degree in Mechanical and/or Electronics engineering, Refrigeration or relevant.
2. Pass CET-4 or 6 for English.
3. Mechanical as well as Electrical engineer background is preferred with minimal 3 years experience with quality assurance and customer Q service.
4. Good communication and coordination skill in fluent Chinese and English language
5. TS16949 implementation knowledge & experiences as well as project leader potential will be preferred. Quality tools usage (such as SPC, MSA, DOE etc) experience and quality project improvement experience are required. Familiar with compressors is preferred.
6. Open minded. High efficiency of work and high execution. Able to work effectively in a professionally goal oriented team. Good at fruitful communication with customers and within organisation. Be ready to take on a challenge. Business travel is required.

Typical Responsibilities/主要职责:

1. Promote preventive quality activities
? Drive preventive quality tools be used in organization, such as design/process FMEA, control plan, SPC, MSA during product/process development phase & mass production phase
? Pre-evaluate outputs for each “Gate” for new projects to ensure the outputs meet product/customer requirements
2. Customer complain handling
? Actively communication towards customer when there’s a customer complain happened
? Arrange the returns for the failure products and conduct the external analysis for return failure products
? Cross functional discussion and conclude root cause for the failure products; lead effective actions taken from processes improvement, supplier improvement etc.
? Communicate with customer for the improvement and get alignment with customer
3. External analysis for returned products from customer
? Lead to analyse the return failure products from customer
? Pre-conclusion about the root cause for the failure products
? Coach external analysis technician to improve the skill of analysis
4. Deviation decision making in CNS organization
? For quality accident, 4QCC will send out notification to organization, push for the improvement and follow up with close loop
? Take decision once parts are out of tolerance and influence product quality on performance, appearance and installation at customers, but can’t be detected in production.
? Lead cross function to analyse root cause and take actions when stop delivery or recall are decided.
5. Product quality level monitoring and drive for improvements
? Report line/field reject level in organization
? Regular monitoring of top failures for each platform
? Drive the improvements or improvement projects towards product quality through periodic study & research as well as customer’s requirements
6. Warranty/compensation management
? Management of product warranty compensation towards customer and try best to eliminate the compensation. 举报 分享

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China.
