零售店铺-店经理

职责：

1. 带领团队完成销售，达到营业指标

2. 管理店铺的日常运营工作:

3. 完成要求的各类报表

4. 新员工培训。

5. 店铺中其他相关工作。

要求：

1. 5年以上服装品牌工作经验，其中至少2年以上店铺管理经验；或5年以上星级酒店

工作经验。

2. 良好的沟通能力，能有效处理基本的顾客投诉

3. 乐于帮助顾客，行为耐心有礼

4. 基本的计算机操作能力，可以完成各类报表

5. 英语流利者优先考虑

SHOP MANAGER – High Fashion

Responsibilities:

- Lead the sales team in the shop to operate efficiently towards the

sales target

- Manage the daily operations

- Contribute and implement all in

- shop marketing & promotion activities to enhance the brand’s awareness in line with the corporate strategy

- Provide training to the sales team.

Requirements:

- Presentable;

- Colleague degree or above - Out-going and adaptable with good communication skills;

- Detail-attentive and customer focused;

- Spoken and written English as well as Chinese;

- At least 4 years of service industry experience with at least 2 years’ managerial level; fashion/ luxury industry preferred;

- Be aggressive to achieve the sales target and evaluate the shop operation efficiency

- Skilled at using computer as an effective tool for daily communication, analysis and reporting;
