Mission
- Provide qualified accounting service to operating companies and other business units
- Monitoring and improve the current working process to be standard one
Contacts
- Internal customers: operating companies or other business units
Task
- Assist the project of the AP functions
- Check authorization on purchase order, down payment request to 3rd party according to Signature Mandate
- Ensure consistency between purchase order, goods received and invoice received in terms of quantity and price
- Provide AP aging report to clients
- Input VAT verification and reconciliation
- Improve the current working procedure to make sure the qualified service
Knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Accounting knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS, the AP function experience preferred
- Good command of English, both written and oral
- MS Office
- Strong learning ability and passion to the work
Experience
- At least 3-4 years experience in account payable area and projects, working experience in multinational company is preferred
- SAP operational experience is preferred
- Good communication ability is must
- Proficiency in English

- Bachelor or above
