Mission
- Manage service portfolio to meet stakeholders & customer requirements
- Improve processes efficiency and quality and control transparency services line

Task
- Leading and responsible for the standardization of accounting activities on end to end processes across GSS NEA include implementation of new or update of corporate guideline
- Driving continuous improvement and step changes in processing capability to deliver a more efficient and effective service to meet different stakeholders needs
- Maintaining a rigorous control environment, especially on business continuity and operation risk by recognizing and communicating potential risks from financial accounting point of view, setting up control activities
- Driving and maintain operational costs efficiency to meet cost level reduction expectation include change management in various stakeholders
- Ensuring the delivery of planned migration activity into the Finance processing centre in a controlled manner, with minimum disruption to internal/external stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for lead generation and creating services demand like case studies, data sheets, whitepapers, FAQ, feature or benefit sheets and so on
- Collaborating cross function department on competitive pricing, market development, field solutions on technology automation
- Providing product training and materials for delivery centre and customer service or end users
- Monitoring customer care, dashboard, metrics, consumer feedback, customer satisfaction to measure effectiveness of improvements, and supporting the service delivery to achieve with agreed service and operational KPI levels
- Team Management - Effective succession planning and the development of the management team to maximize their potential
Knowledge
- Process analysis and project management
- MS office including Shared Points
- Excellent effectual communication skills (include senior stakeholder management and customers), include presentation skill
- Proven experience of managing complex high volume transaction processing and the use of performance management systems & reporting and ability to listen to intended details attentively
- SAP & IT knowledge with end to end operational process in an automated environment
- Accounting knowledge with Local GAAP follows by PRC GAAP / SAFE regulation / IFRS / TAX in the order of importance
Experience
- 5 - 8 years working in the area of accounting or operational process environment; sounded accounting knowledge and at least 4 years experience with appropriate local governmental or legal regulations (e.g. SAFE, Customs, Taxes)
- Minimum 5 years leading the team with average 15 to 20 staff; able to address difficult topics and make hard decisions; willing and able to apply various methods to motivate colleagues
Education
- Bachelor or above
