职位描述：
1.Reporting
1) To complete Distribution Center (hereinafter referred as “DC”) KPI report, including inventory, COGS and operating expense, etc. Complete DC inventory obsolescence and ICI report; DC cost center expenses report.
2) On Metso Tianjin Plant side, Responsible for HFM prepare and upload, KPI report prepare and upload, as well as other routing reports including inventory, obsolescence cost, finish goods report, internal sales report, machine profitability report and LEAN report.
2. DC Account payable (AP) works.
1) AP booking for Metso Tianjin Plant and Distribution Center, including SAP Purchase Order MIGO and MIRO operation, AP reconciliation with vendors, as well as payment processing. Also includes AP booking for Non-PO expenses and Indirect Payment Purchase Order.
2) AP reconciliation with suppliers, check AP balance with suppliers, send reconciliation report and communicate with vendors to get response.
3) Balance sheet keeping works. Including: GR/IR cleaning, make sure there are no long-term outstanding received cargo missing invoice. GIT cleaning, ensure timely checking with vendors.
4) Payment processing, complete regular intercompany transaction settlement using Netting upload facility. Handle DC purchase auto payments (CNY and foreign currency) monthly.
5) DC employee expense claim booking and run.
3. Distribution Center Treasury works. Mainly Distribution Center petty cash booking. The foreign currency revaluation for Metso Tianjin Plant
4. General Ledger works
1) DC Daily expense and freight cost accruals, duty cost booking and allocation, inventory obsolescence booking.
2) Metso Tianjin Plant daily costs accrual, amortization, and analysis. Clearance of bank accounts.
3) Metso Tianjin Plant balance sheet account clearing.
5. Metso Tianjin Plant Cost accounting and analysis works, as well as monthly closing works
1) Production order settlement and production variance analysis, sales order settlement
2) Booking and accruals works related to daily and month end costs.
3) Cost center assessment operation
6. Support company annual audit, and provide necessary data and documents to auditor.
7. Other works assigned by manager.
Qualification:
1) At least 8 years’ experience in accounting work, preferably in Manufacturing industry.
2) Rich experience in accounting works related to costing, GL, controlling and AP.
3) Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or other economic and management related majors, preferably 211 or 985 universities.
4) Good English communication ability in written and oral forms.
5) Accountant certificate is a must.
6) Good team work spirit, ready to accept OT work during monthly closing or rolling estimate budget periods. 举报 分享
