职位描述：
岗位职责 ：
1协助KA部的销售代表完成售前、售中及售后服务的辅助性工作；
2 熟悉并正确执行公司的各种流程，确保每个提交的合同流程正确、数据准确；
3 熟练操作CRM，确保各类合同录入的准确性；
4 接听客户电话，回答客户的各类问题或帮助客户找到相应的联系人；
5 协助KA部的销售代表对应收账款进行有效的管理；
6与业务分析、制作、财务、行政等部门保持良好的沟通，保证工作的顺利进行；
7 执行上级安排的其他工作；

任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历（2017年应届生亦可）；
- 有销售助理或客户服务相关经验优先；
- 良好的沟通、协调及学习能力；
