POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: SHANGHAI

Description:
Manage and coordinate the communication and the interaction between local and foreign vendors, customers, clients and the company internal departments to resolve issues and deliver service levels that exceed customer expectations.

管理、协调当地及海外供货商、客户和公司各物流运作部门的沟通和协调，保证提供超出客户期望的服务水准。

Requirements:

The position requires:

u At least a bachelor degree

u At least 5 year experience in logistics-related industry and or trading

u Friendly service-minded and tactful candidates with strong leadership skills

u Motivated self-starters with ability to work under pressure in an integrated team

u Customer minded and great team players

u Motivated by a burning desire to help people

u Positive, responsive, dependable, well-organized

u Clear sense of logic with the ability to make sense out of chaos
