职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Working as Senior Designer with Design Principal undertaking city planning, urban precinct and development masterplans.
- Develop innovative conceptual studies for further illustration, integrating economic and cultural aspects.
- Develop urban design guidelines with detailed urban form and open space design and development criteria.
- Overseeing the design delivery process to the highest standards of design
- Preparation of commercial proposals, leading interviews and presentations.

Requirements:
- Master Degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design or related disciplines from a recognized international or educational institution.
   Bachelor degree in Planning/Architecture or related discipline.
- More than 3 years of post-qualification experience in design;
- Experience in organizing and managing design teams;
- Conscientious and diligent, strong team spirit, with excellent communication and organization skills;
- Familiar with software such as, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office etc.
- Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
- Good presentation skill.
