A. Product Buying
1 According to the company sales target and the historical sales of retail, assist Buying & Merchandising Manager to make the Open-to-Buy (OTB) for each season;
2 Work with product marketing team to know about the product features and plan the product range for local market;
3 Assortment plan setting according to the store variety to let the right products to the right place;
4 Place the product buying order based on the buying strategy;
5 Assist Buying and Merchandising Manager to plan the commercial product calendar;
6 Product delivery tracking and let allocator know about the product launching schedule.

B. Product Sales Analysis
1 Review and analyze in-season product performance regularly and give the insight of best seller or slow mover;
2 Store performance review and analyze the product mix of retail stores to see if the assortment plan suits for each cluster stores;
3 Review the result of marketing promotion or highlight items of each month or quarter to have a clear picture and insight feedback to product marketing, retail marketing, and sales team;
4 Review and analyze the off-season product performance to give the insight for clearance plan.

C. Inventory Control
1 Take quick action based on the product performance analysis to make sure the inventory of Performance or Lifestyle in a healthy stock level;
2 Plan the over season product of Performance or Lifestyle from concept stores to factory outlets;
3 Propose the the promotion to clearance the slow moving product of Performance or Lifestyle;
4 Advise allocator to do the product consolidation based on the analysis of product performance in each region or cluster store.

D. Marketing Visit
1 Regular store visit to see the results of actions and feedback to line manager or related department;
2 Communication with retail sales to get the product feedback and better understand the product performance in each store;
3 Regular or random market visit to gain broader commercial knowledge to have a insight during current or next buying period.

任职资格：
3-5年零售商品买货工作经验；
市场营销、财务分析、服装设计相关学历，本科及以上学位；
善于沟通、逻辑思维强，对服装、运动、时尚市场有敏感度，具有团队合作精神；
