职位描述：
Hiring
？ Together with the hire manager to do the job analysis
？ Update the recruitment information in internal and external channels
？ First round interview with the candidate
？ Arrange the candidates in shot list to make interview with hire manager and HR Mgr.
？ Follow up the related issues of new hire being on board

Training
？ Together with the dept Mgr. to set up the training plan for the whole year
？ Push the training is delivered according to the training plan
？ Support the internal trainers to develop the training courses
？ Support HR mgr to deliver the training courses for white collar and manage team

Performance Management
？ Performance evaluation procedure, include BC’s monthly bonus, yearly BC performance review for salary increase.
？ Support WC performance evaluation procedure, guide quarterly performance dialog.

Employee engagement
？ Yearly performance assessment follow up
？ Employee engagement actions follow up
？ Employee recognition program: LM star, value story and so on
？ Coordinate the employee activities such as donation, badminton activities and outing activities and so on 举报 分享
