DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. AR AND CASH FLOW REPORTING
? Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash flow forecast report based on HQ CFF timetable
? Prepare weekly AR reports to HQ, set up AR forecasting template and credit analysis
? Assist senior finance manager to improve the cash flow efficiency.
2. MONTH-END/YEAR-END REPORTING
? Prepare daily and monthly sales report
? Prepare various month-end or year-end reports including P&L, Gross margin analysis, key expenses summary report, fixed assets report and any other reports required by the management.
? Prepare TB & consolidation report and audit file base on Group calendar and statutory calendar (for internal and external audit usage).
3. BUDGET/FORECAST
? Prepare the annual budget and forecast templates
? Maintain the rental summary file to monitor the network cost
? Assist on annual budget and half year forecast preparation
? Perform regular variances analysis and review to management
4. CAPEX/INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
? Monitor the CAPEX expenditure by each project
? Maintain short IA registration form and monitor the annual spending against budget or forecast.
? Support on the pre and post evaluation
? Any other ad hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS
? University degree or above, major in finance / accounting, business administration or related field
? At least 5 years professional experience at finance analysis or corporate accounting / controlling in the retail or FMCG industry; SAP is a plus
? Basic problem solving skills
? Familiar with PRC & IFRS accounting policies.
? Team working, effective communication, quick learner, strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
? Medium level of English. Good at MS office, especially for excel and power point.
