职位描述：
AEROSPACE OPERATION KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
?Connection with PEK hub and co-loader and closely monitor the operation process such as loading at warehouse, customs clearance, actual on-board date ( for export issue )
?Connection with overseas colleagues for quotation and schedule , good tracing on loading ,arriving ,custom clearance and delivery ( for import issue )
?Communicate with overseas and customer and make the most updated information.
?Prepare/check necessary documents used for the order.
?Input shipment data and cost into Pegasus system, and issue debit note and credit note. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing.
?Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations.
?Communicate with local agent for delivery & on board time

REQUIREMENT
?College degree or above
?Good English writing/speaking skills
?Customs and quarantine declaration experience is preferred
?One year or above related logistics and freight forwarding experience is preferred 举报 分享
