职位描述：
1、Masters or Bachelor degree in Structure engineering from renowned university.
      知名大学的结构工程硕士学位或学士学位。

2、Working experience in relevant field in CSA design and engineering of at least 8 years.
      在相关领域的土建设计和管理有至少8年的工作经验。

3、Knowledge of Building function & structure concept, Structure design, Civil works, Fire protection/firefighting, Building material, CSA cost estimation, technical and commercial comparison and evaluation, structural calculation such as PKPM is required.
     建筑功能和结构的知识概念、结构设计、土建工程、防火/消防,建筑材料,CSA成本估算,技术和商业比较和评价、结构计算诸如PKPM是必需具备的。

4、Knowledge of CSA cost estimation, building material, project CSA bidding preparation procedure, bid evaluation, contract BoQ and change order management, BoQ database system is required.
      CSA的知识成本估算、建材、CSA项目投标准备程序方面的知识,评标、合同BoQ和改变订单管理方面的知识,以及关于BoQ数据库系统的知识是必需掌握的。

5、Knowledge of 3-D design and application skills, SPEEDIKON, SMARTSKETCH, SMARTPLANT REVIEW etc. tools are required.
      三维设计的知识和应用技能、SPEEDIKON ，SMARTSKETCH ，SMARTPLANT审查等工具知识也是要求具备的。

6、Fluent in written and spoken English including technical English.
      流利的书面英语和英语口语包括专业技术英文。

7、Interface management skill for the external and internal parties.
      使内部和外部各方相互联系的管理技能。

8、Be able to work in the multi-culture environment.
      能够在多元文化环境中工作。

9、Knowledge of all relevant GB codes with regard to structure design;
      具备所有和结构设计相关的GB码知识;

10、The contractor team must follow the CISS HSEQ and IP protection requirement。
