职位描述：
1. 管理公司的供应链体系，建立并完善优质可行的物流计划
2. 管理并负责日常的物流运营工作，包括采购，材料的购买，来料的质量控制，仓储，货物的保管和配送，供应商关系的维护等
3. 分析并完善物流及库房管理进程，解决实际操作中出现的问题。识别并立即报告任何质量或数量问题，及时采取纠正措施
4. 处理所有来自大众的刀具（无论是当前的，还是后期项目涉及的刀具）
5. 将所有的刀具录入进格里森刀具系统中，并以格里森自己所专有的刀具 ID命名。必要的情况下，甚至使用自己的的序列号命名
6. 将所有相关的技术数据：参数、制图和照片等都录入到系统中
7. 管理所有与格里森刀具管理相关的生产设备文件，包括所有刀具及它们的使用寿命等。
8. 负责管理所有需要替换、再修磨、需要涂层的刀具
9. 需要特别遵守大众对于钻石修整器有关测试和存储的需求，对库房进行标准化 5S 管理
10. 管理，培训并发展公司的物流团队

任职资格：
1. 三年以上金属加工行业技术背景。最好有与圆柱齿轮加工相关的技术、应用或生产经验。
2. 对金属材料和热处理有一定的认识。
3. 对质量体系和质量控制有了解。
4. 具有一定程度的计算机技能，能够熟练使用 Auto-CAD，Pro-E，MS-office。

4. 必须具备很好的沟通能力，口头表达能力及写作能力。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the supply and value chain in the company. Provide and set logistic process plan.
2. Manage and be responsible for daily operations and processes from sourcing, purchase ofmaterials, incoming quality control, warehouse, storage and distribution of goods and supplier relationship.
3. Analysis and improve warehouse process, solve actual operational issues. Identify and reportany quality or quantity concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
4. Handle all the cutting tools from Volkswagen (either the current tools or the ones which willbe involved in the projects later)
5. Key in the informations about all the cutting tools into Gleason’s system, and use Gleason’sproprietary ID to name them. When necessary, even use our own Serial Number.
6. Key in all the technical data into the system, including parameters, mapping, photos and so on.
7. Manage all the equipment files related to the cutting tools of Gleason, including their servicelife etc.
8. Responsible for the management of all the cutting tools, which need to be replaced, reground and coated.
9. Specifically need to obey VM’S requirements about how to test and store diamond dressers.Supervise warehouse 5S management.
10. Build and develop the logistic team.

Professional Qualification:
1. Minimum 3 years working experience to include knowledge of mechanics manufacturing. The Engineering or Manufacturing experience related to metal cutting, Cylindrical Gear application and manufacturing knowledge is highly preferred.
2. Familiar with metal materials and heat treatment.
3. Knowledge of quality system and quality control methods.
4. Computer skills required, well known Auto-CAD，Pro-E，MS-office, etc.
