Job Description:

1.Prepare the voyage list of export according to Lara manifest and list from DOC department

2.Check the outport job sheet according to outport list

3.Make sure the date between Lara and export list and invoice match

4.Prepare MCN, report on the base of MCN sheet provided by others

5.Edison local charge JOB & Amend JOB. check Edison local charge JOB& Amend JOB

6.Prepare INCOMPLETE REPORT before ledger closing and push the related party

7.According to Edison download cost which comply with JOB sheet, upload into ledger AN1.

8.Filter out the feeder data from Edison download cost and upload to ledger A00

9.Amend all the AP account code from 2121 to 8ANLSHA

10.MGA REPORT(Adjustment)amend the export list according to amend job and input to MGA REPORT

11.Prepare AMEND JOB REPORT on the base of others

12.Prepare MISSING JOB REPORT on the base of others

13.Prepare CBB report on the base of bank balance and Flex

14.Prepare the bank balance reconcile sheet

15.Prepare the monthly current accouont

Requirements:

1.University degree or above, major in Finance or the related department.

2.Accountant accredited with certificates recognized in the industry.

3.3 years related working experience.

4.Hold the accounting certificate.

5.Excellent in MS OFFICE especially Excel would be preferred.
