Job responsibilities 工作职责

? Responsible for the daily maintenance, error handling, process optimization and user support for SAP HR module;

负责SAP HR模块的日常维护、错误处理、流程优化及用户支持；

? Provide improvement suggestions for SAP HR process , responsible for upgrade and promotion regarding SAP HR module, including requirements analysis, process design, execution and maintenance of process documentation, online support and system promotion, etc;

提出SAP HR流程改善建议，负责SAP HR模块升级和推广，包括：需求分析、流程设计、流程说明文档制作和维护、上线运维支持、系统推广等工作；

? Involved in configuration and responsible for SAP user training, including preparation of training materials, organization, training, regular inspection, etc;

参与SAP HR模块的配置工作并负责进行用户培训，包括：准备培训材料、组织、实施培训、定期检查等工作；

? Responsible for preparation of related data reports which is base on system reports;

在系统报告基础上负责准备各种数据报告；

? Responsible for other related work, including annual headcount budget, manpower requisition approval, etc;

负责其他的相关工作，包括年度人员预算、人员申请审批等；

? Communicate with headquarter regarding HR system, ensuring global consistency of SAP;

负责与总部HR的沟通，确保SAP系统全球一致性；

? Communicate and coordinate with SAP outside consultants, review solutions provided.

负责与SAP外部顾问的沟通协调，并对外部顾问提供的解决方案进行审核。

Job requirements 任职要求

? College degree or above, major in human resources or IT is a plus;

人力资源管理专业或IT 专业尤佳；

? 3-5 years working Experience in SAP HR, familiar with operation and configuration on SAP HR module;

3-5年SAP HR 系统工作经验，熟练掌握SAP HR模块的基本操作，掌握薪酬、员工、组织的基本配置流程；

? Well verse in written and spoken English;

具备熟练的英文阅读及表达能力；

? Good knowledge in system analysis/requirements gathering, process oriented and critical problem solving

具备较强的系统分析，流程规划，问题解决能力；

? Strong learning and communication skill and project management ability;

有较强学习、沟通能力及项目管理能力；

? Excellence sense of Customer focus, teamwork, initiative, accountability.

有较强服务意识和团队协作能力，工作积极主动，责任心强。
