Key Responsibilities
？ Business development with local hotels, including regular sales calls and negotiating local partnership agreements
？ Business development with tour operators to bring relevant tour groups to the centre, driving good quality footfall and negotiating the partnership agreement
？ Implementing group partnership in to their local centre, for example if we have a deal with China Eastern working with the local offices to drive footfall.
？ Working with local tourism bureau to maximise visibility and promotion of the centre
？ Develop tourism programs to bring as many tourists as possible
？ Establish and maintain the relationship with both traditional and online travel agencies, tourism bureaus, MICE, and tourism exhibitions as well as co-op with these channels to bring tourists to FV
？ Plan and promote FV as a tourist destination strategically
？ Approach 3rd parties, such as hotels and airlines to do co-op activities to bring as many tourists as possible
？ Categorize tourists and plan the strategic approaches to attract them to FV by various methods
？ Plan and execute tourism events in FV, such as co-op with local travel agencies or tourism bureau for a tourism expo, to build up FV as a travel destination
？ Approach travel agencies to bring domestic and foreign tourists to FV
？ To analyze the result and submit final reports
？ Willing to be rotated jobs upon needs

Competencies
？ 28 year old and above
？ 5 years and above experience of tourism-related industry project management
？ Bachelors and above Degree in business or marketing or digital related
？ Passionate, optimistic, clear logic and well organization ability
？ Ability to manage marketing projects and objectives
？ Creative, flexible and energetic. Must have “jack of all trades attitude.”
？ Must be a team player and work well within a cross-functional team environment
？ Full understanding of front end and back end web technology
？ Outstanding organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
？ Professional and creative writing and communicating skills
？ Expertise in MS Project, Photoshop, Visio, Access, Word, Excel
？ A clear understanding of how marketing strategy impacts the business goals of brand
？ Ability to flourish in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
？ Fluent English on listening, speaking, reading and writing
？ Coordinate effectively with all internal and external business partners to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of objectives.
