DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
? Responsible for HR activities, such as payroll, employment formalities, training, employee relationship and administration etc.
? Responsible for the recruitment activities and ensure the resource requirements of the organization are met.
? To arrange training for the staff and oversee on-job training program
? Ensures accurate personnel records and filing.
? Provide employees with interpretation and guidance in relation to policy and procedures (Compensation & Benefits, leave entitlements etc.)
? Assist in the purchasing of office equipment to ensure compliance with approved policy.
? Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business
REQUIREMENT：
? Bachelor degree (Social, Human Resource, Economic) or equivalent
? At least 5 years solid experience in HR with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in a multi-national firm
? Good knowledge in China labor law and regulation, and have practical experience in complying with legal requirements.
? Fluent in English reading, speaking and writing
? Good communication skills and teamwork
? Good computer skills, can use Microsoft Word, Excel well.
