职位：个人银行呼叫中心 （第三方派遣合同）
地点：陆家嘴

Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone support services to personal financial services customers, include Internet Banking customers, Wealth Management customers, Mortgage Loan customers and other PFS customers whenever scope is expanded
• Answer, direct and track phone and email inquiries from bank customers
• Log the customer support cases and prepare the regular report
• Build and maintain good customer relationship
• Follow up with relevant departments for customer issues
Requirement
• Degree holder with at least 3 year relevant experience
• Good communication skill in spoken Chinese and English
• Strong customer service mindset
• Knowledge on personal banking products and services
• Able to work on shifts (early shift from 8am to 5pm, late shift from 11am to 8pm)
