职位描述：
岗位职责：
？ Lead and manage financial, accounting, tax, cost and internal control functions in order to contribute to the implementation of short, medium and long term Company´s strategic vision.
？ Define and implement internal Company policies, rules and key indicators in its area of responsibility.
？ Assure the performance of activities in compliance with all legal, mercantile and statutory obligations of the Company, as well as all internal rules.
？ Elaborate financial information reporting for internal and external purposes according with legal, general management and shareholders requirements.
？ Define an implement an internal control environment.
？ Optimize economic and financial resources to achieve Company objectives.
？ Manage financial needs of the Company, negotiating with banks and other suppliers.
？ Lead and manage the company budget and strategic plan.
？ Assist on relevant financial issues to Management.
？ Attend internal and audits, tax inspections and other legal supervision.
任职要求：
TRAINING
？ Graduates in Finance/Accounting/Economics
？ Financial masters
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
？ More than 5 Years in a finance senior position
？ Accounting and audit experience
？ International companies
SKILLS:
？ High analytical
？ Leadership and effective communication
？ Team management
？ International environment
？ Continuous improvement and innovation
？ Flexibility and change management
？ Communicating and teaching abilities
LANGUAGES:
？ Chinese native
？ English high level
？ Spanish will be appreciated
