Manufacturer of equipment for industrial induction heating applications is searching for a

- Sales Manager

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers in China.


Responsibilities
? Set sales target to increase the market share in China
? Identify specific needs in China market
? Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
? Identify strategic customers
? Coordinate with Sales and Marketing department in overseas HQ for setting sales strategy

Requirements
? work experience as a sales manager in China
? experience in sales and customer service
? understanding of sales performance metrics
? experience with CRM software and/or MS Excel
? Ability to build a team, lead and motivate team members
? Availability to travel as needed
