职位描述
Job title: HR Manager
Work location: Shanghai
Direct Report to: GM, BSI Shanghai
Functionally report to: Global HR Director
Subordinators: 3
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for personnel planning in cooperation with the management and according to business plan and budget; providing monthly report on specified HR figures to controlling and central function;
2. Ensure recruitment and retention strategies are developed and implemented which reduce turnover of key contributors / talent and ensure performance and reward systems and strategies are in place and in use, which assures appropriate recognition and alignment of managers and staff.
3. Establishing and implementing policies and procedures of the Human Resources including but not limited to C&B policies, employees handbook, employees in and out procedures, training APD and bonus policies and etc strictly as per labor contract law and other related regulations and remain competitive versus the external market.
4. Employee meetings, consulting department managers, as well as assistance to and development of employees in all applicable personnel matters.
5. Measures of salary development together with the department manager under consideration of the structure in departments and company.
6. Budget control of dept. cost center.
Job requirements:
1. At least bachelor degree or above, with major in Human Resources,Law or related.
2. Over 10-year working experience in HR function of industrial business in MNC like recruiting, C&B, training and employee relation and etc. At least 5-year experience in Human Resources management role. Experience in Recruitment & C&B is a must.
3. Open personality, Initiative and open-minded, strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, in combination with assertiveness and the ability to work under stress.
4. Knowledge of employment and labor laws and good team management skill.
5. Fluent English skill both in oral and written
6. Know about overall business process of manufacturing plant as well as HR payroll software.

Objectives
- Coordinate with the General Manager, to ensure effective management of HR and administration in each region;
- Ensure timely & effective implementation of the HQ police & procedures
- Timely and accurately complete all the tasks distributed by HQ
Human Resources
-Lead regional HR processes such as organizational development and effectiveness, performance management, staffing, training initiatives, compensation, benefits, career development, employee relations and HR policy development
- Improve the Human Resources department capability;
- Manage the day-to-day activities;
Data Information
- Submit monthly HR report on time
Training
- New staff orientation & assimilation;
- HR policies and related information communication;
- Training follow ups;
- Assist HQ to analyze the training requirement from the company and the staff;
Requirements:
- Degree and post graduate qualifications
- At least 8 years relevant work experience with 2 years managment level
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Good knowledge of Employment legislations
- Familiar with whole HR function,especially Recruiting and Training
- Familiar with recruitment channels
