职位描述：
岗位职责:
1）负责接听前台电话，来电咨询，并将重要信息及时传达给相关人员；
2）来访客户的接待、咨询及引见；
3）各类信件、包裹、报刊杂志、收发工作；
4）公司办公用品的购置、整理；
5）整理提单和发票并寄给国外代理；
6）上级领导交代的其他任务。

任职资格:
1）大专以上学历，良好的英语读写能力；
2）五官端正、形象气质佳，性格大方开朗；
3）熟练使用各类办公软件及办公自动化；WORD,EXCEL熟练；
4）有一定的礼仪知识和沟通技巧，对待客户热情，有良好的服务意识；
