职位描述：
1. Prepare cheque or make cash payments to employees, customers, suppliers, or other parties or for approved expenditures or refunds.
2. Contact and process necessary steps according to SAFE policy to release payment from Capital account, as well as report to SAFE in case of need.
3. Other finance support to project during company set-up period.


任职要求：
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
2. Good command in both written and read English.
3. 1+ year accounting experience in multi-national companies is preferred.
4. Familiar with China accounting practices and tax regulations.
5. Self-motivated, independent, details oriented.
