职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Optimization of Würth online-shop platform to meet the business needs and the improvement of the user experience
2. Promotion and training for the Würth online-shop
3. Maintenance and daily management of the online-shop backstage
4. Collection of the platform data and generating the reports for analysis
5. Development of new online-shop channel
6. Matching and following of the E-procurement project
7. Assistance of the E-shop team to deal with the other related tasks

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, prefer major in E-business or Marketing
2. 1-3 year E-business related work experience. Experience of website development or website design is preferred
3. Strong learning ability, logical thinking, outstanding communication and coordination skills
4. Strong data analysis skill
5. Fluent English in spoken & written
6. Ability of multi-tasking and teamwork
7. Advanced (Champion)Excel and PPT skills

1. 持续优化公司在线商城系统以适应伍尔特中国业务发展需要，改进用户体验
2. 伍尔特在线商城的推广与培训
3. 商城后台维护及信息处理
4. 收集平台数据，生成分析报告来支持改善计划
5. 新电商渠道开发及协调管理
6. 公司电子采购项目的跟进与项目对接
7. 协助电子商务团队其他相关工作的处理

任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，电子商务、市场营销及相关专业优先
2. 1-3年电子商务相关工作经验，有电商网站开发或者页面设计类经验者优先
3. 逻辑思维强，善于学习，具有较强的沟通及协调组织能力
4. 较强的数据分析能力
5. 良好的英语口语和书面语能力
6. 团队合作精神
7. 精通办公软件，Excel和PPT等软件 举报 分享
