职位描述：

Experience: Heavy industry manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, cement, plastics, metal

Report to: Maintenance Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop a “critical equipment list” based on business Risk Assessment.

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance and repair activities are in line with the defined targets and the manufacturing requirements through MTBF, MTTR, FM, OEE indicators.

• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance activities (for example planned maintenance programs, shut-downs, or emergency repairs) to rectify break-downs and malfunctions and minimize business disruptions.

• Provide inputs for maintenance procedures; monitor the maintenance data (cost, break-down, FMEA, etc.), calculate, analyze and review maintenance KPIs to achieve activities’ effectiveness and respect of safety standards.

• Liaise with functional or operational area managers throughout the organization (for example in production; or branch, store, facility, or plant manager) to ensure the equipment upgrade process is completed in a timely and effective manner.

• Prepare work orders and monitor the progress of work against estimates.

• Directly responsible for the installation and start-up of the new equipment in the operation/area

Competencies:

· Good level of maintenance, especially related to electronic system, motor drivers, PLC programming, electrical integration (machine modification);

· Systematic solving problem approach;

· Strong leadership and people management skills, analytical, team oriented, ability to lead & motivate in a tough environment with few resources, ability to understand & interpret the needs of other functions, takes ownership, cooperative and flexible attitude at work Preferred: TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance system
