Here's the JD:

Responsibilities
- Develop Procurement Strategy and Plan
- Lead all Procurement activities required for Operations and New Product Development, including direct /indirect material , semi- finished product , finished product , equipment and service .
- Source and select suitable suppliers, terms and price negotiation, sampling ,qualification evaluation,
- Manage relationships and develop strategy with suppliers around supply, quality, product launches, resourcing and capacity planning.
- Development & utilization of analytical tools to deliver Best In Class pricing (Cost Models, Benchmarking, Market intelligence )
- Management of annual/multi-year pricing agreements
- Negotiate and achieve YOY cost reductions.
-Educate and supervise the team to ensure everyone maintains an ethical high ground with all dealings with all suppliers.
-Drives standardized work and Continuous improvement
- Lead , coach and develop team to enforce company value and guiding principle

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and above in Engineering /Business or Finance background
- Minimum 8 years experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing or related , 3 years above in managerial position
- Must have the highest ethical standards and able to ensure this is applied across all facets of the performance.
- Strong Negotiation Skill and communication skill
- Strong Analytic skill
- Solid project management experience
- Knowledge and Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is a plus
