Risk
Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, operational, credit, pension, insurance, compliance, regulatory, market, reputation and geopolitical risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
To support Head of RC on all preparation of materials for regulators' visits, offsites, roadshow & team building organization, oversea visitors administration, RC distribution lists maintenance, RC circulars and P&Ps distribution and maintenance, RC system/intranet/sharepoint maintenance, logistic arrangement, MI collection/reporting, regulatory reporting, meetings coordination and other governance/administration matters at CNQ level which the Head of RC has assigned from time to time.

Qualifications / Experience
• University graduate preferably with a degree in IT, Accounting, Management or Finance.
• Experience in a service company model.
• Front to back delivery of Investment product IT delivery a plus.
• Previous background of working in a matrix organizational structure
• Effective written and spoken communication skills in English
• Evidence of delivery in a similar role within a global organization
• Investment Banking/IT
• Project Management
• Strong relationship management with a focus on financial and budget requirements. Able to work with individuals at different levels
