1、8年以上设计院、顾问公司、建设单位工作经验;
2、专业基础扎实，具有较强的协调组织能力；
3、熟悉给装饰装修相关规范及系统，并对造价和计划的编制和管理有一定的认识；
4、具有主题乐园，西餐厅，剧场，五星级酒店或综合商业类项目的设计施工经验;
5、熟悉如ACONEX, SAP,Ｐ6等软件者优先；
6、要求具备较好的英文听说读写能力;具有海外工作或外资公司工作经验者优先。
