Responsibilities:

? Coordinate and collaborate with key business users to analyze information needs to develop, implement and support Salesforce.com;

? Evaluate and design enterprise solutions for the integration of Salesforce.com with other applications such as ERP and social networking;

? Propose solutions to the new initiatives from Marketing/Sales Team with alignment of both business and technical considerations;

? Lead in the definition of systems solutions to Master Data Management functional problems and Metadata standardization by providing technical expertise in data profiling, mapping, and analysis;

? Responsible for leading technical architecture design, data modeling & physical design of one or more master data domains (customer, supplier, product, or finance) and ensure the integrity of MDM is maintained and roll-outs are successful;

? Participate in business process evaluation / improvement activities, and provide expertise and active inputs in requirements gathering, design, development, test, and system implementation;

? Identify key processes that are critical to align with business objectives and participate in system/process design with users to address the changing business needs;

? Liaise with, negotiate and facilitate users to drive for optimal system solutions and provide workflow analysis.



Requirements:

? Degree in Information Science, Computer Science or other equivalent;

? 3 years solid relevant experience in implementing and support SalesForce.com with building interfaces that link IT systems (e.g. ERP, Social Networking);

? Working knowledge of the SAP ERP and MDM or data warehouse platform;

? Knowledge of current information technologies with strong knowledge of end-to-end processes & infrastructure architecture;

? In depth knowledge on developing, configuring and deploying CRM business processes including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Order Management;

? Technical project management over enterprise solutions, preferably MDM solutions;

? Data modeling and Data quality analysis;

? Solid understanding of Salesforce.com data model, architecture, constraints, governors and change management;

? Strong business analysis and workflow process mapping skills and excellent documentation skills;

? Proficiency with latest tools in social media marketing (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook);

? Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

? Good communication and project management skills, interpersonal skills and good business sense;

? Immediate available is highly preferred.
