Job Description:
？ Drive and manage order delivery from RDC to customer
驱动和管理订单从外仓到交付客户的工作
？ Improve management of RDC and T2 delivery for customer satisfaction
改进外仓及T2配送管理以达到客户满意度
？ Follow up order delivery and resolve all the related problems
跟进订单发货过程，并及时处理发货过程中的各种问题
？ Monitor Inventory level of RDC, find the potential risk and problem and take relevant actions
监督外仓的库存水平并及时发现问题、跟进沟通、排除相应的风险与问题
？ Deal with orders in ERP system and responsible for maintenance of the corresponding database
在ERP系统上处理相关订单，并负责维护相应的数据库
？ Follow up KA delivery process, including documents preparation, supplier management, 4PL logistics communication, etc.
跟进重点客户的交货过程，包括准备相应的资料、管理供应商，和第四方物流公司进行沟通等
？ Involved in customer complaints and support to resolve customer complaints
介入客户投诉并支持客户投诉问题的解决
？ Support marketing activities
支持市场活动
？ Prepare monthly logistics cost analysis report, RDC performance evaluation report
准备各种分析报告，包括月度物流成本分析报告，外仓绩效评估报告等


Job Requirement:
？ University bachelor degree of logistics, supply chain, science related
大学本科以上学历，物流、供应链及科学相关专业
？ More than 5 years working experience in logistics mainly on RDC management
5年以上物流相关工作经验，熟悉物流外仓管理
？ Have knowledge and practical experience of delivery performance management
拥有发货绩效管理的知识和实操经验
？ Experience with ERP,EDI,CRM system, application skills of Microsoft and other basic business software
熟悉ERP、EDI、CRM系统，具有微软办公软件及和基础商业软件的应用技巧
？ Proven skills for problem analysis, root cause determination, and solution development
良好的问题分析、根源确定及问题解决能力
？ Result oriented, customer orientated
结果导向、客户导向
？ Working under pressure in a chaotic situation to find improvement opportunity and implement systematically.
于烦压情况中工作并致力于系统性地寻找改进完善的机会
