Qualification Requirements
要求：
1、Education: University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
化工/化学专业本科以上学历。
2、At least 5-years’ management experience in chemical manufacturing companies. Familiar with plant operations and management, rich experience in production management, cost control and quality management.
5年以上化工公司管理经验。熟悉工厂的生产运作和管理，拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理经验。
3、Understanding ISO quality management system and 5S on-site management, having comprehensive concept of lean production and rich experience in lean manufacturing practices;
了解ISO质量管理体系和5S现场管理，具备全面的精益生产理念和丰富的精益生产实践经验；
4、Strong capacities of overall organization, command, coordination. Able to independently solve the major quality, safety problems occurring in the production process. Strong abilities in writing and expression.
具有全面的组织、指挥、协调能力。具有能独立解决生产中存在的重大质量、安全问题的指挥能力，具有一 定的书写能力及较强的语言表达能力。
5、Able to supervise, evaluate and motive the subordinates. management experience in recruiting, training and incentiving the subordinates. Principled, disciplined and populist.

Main Job Responsibilities:
职责：
1. To continuously improve and consummate production technology and equipment conditions, to ensure product quality and production efficiency in order to avoid product quality complaints.
不断地改进和完善生产工艺和设备工况，保证产品质量和生产效益，尽量避免产品质量投诉。
2、Responsible for daily management and staff management, guidance, training and assessment;
负责工厂的日常管理工作及员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、Responsible for organizing the production meetings, and supervising implementation work.
负责定期组织生产会议，并督导各项措施的落实工作。
4、Responsible for monitoring the production schedule arrangement and production process, taking measures in time to solve the problems occurred in production process and taking measures to avoid hidden problems
负责对生产进度的安排和生产过程的监控，对生产中出现的问题应及时采取措施予以解决，对问题隐患应及时采取预防措施。
5、To organize and monitor management work on production process, quality, equipment, cost, yield index, 5S production site management;
组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标、生产现场5S管理；
6. To Develop, analyze and review various production reports to reduce costs, and to improve safety measures, production lines, quality, efficiency, cycle times, volumes, and implements management changes as required.
改进、分析并且回顾各种产品的报告，以降低成本，改善安全措施、生产线、质量、效率、循环率，产量以及必需的设备管理改革。 举报 分享
