职位描述：
Essential Duties:
1) To work in the Sales Department of DACHSER Tianjin while keeping in line with DACHSER Group strategy and general policy;
2) To integrate and perform contributively in the Tianjin sales team;
3) To develop to the best of his ability, his own client portfolio and overall business activity, air freight and sea freight;
4) To handle, monitor and follow up Sales Leads generated by the Dachser Group of companies and its affiliates;
5) To generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates;
6) To handle in an accurate, professional and responsible manner his daily tasks and duties at the Sales Department of the Tianjin office;
7) To develop and optimize the profitability of the Tianjin and North China Regional Sales overall activity;
8) To support the implementation of the Group strategy decision related to the sales activity of the Company in China;
9) To provide the Management of the Company with accurate and regular activity reports;
10) Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his belonging to the DACHSER Group Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness;

Qualifications:
1) College degree or above;
2) 5 years relevant experience;
3) Solid experience in the sales and marketing of logistics products (Air freight, Sea fieight, contract logitics, etc.)
4) Strong sense of professional integrity both from customers stand-point and internally within the Company;
5) A convincing personality, with fluent English both in written and speaking;
6) Skillful in office software;
7) Strong communication and negotiation skills;
8) Strong independently problem solving capabilities;
9) High integrity;
