Acting as the key HR contact person for the center or management office staff, the Center/MF People Partner is responsible for supporting to form and maintain the WSE culture by executing and coordinating all company initiated people programs, projects, and daily operations as well as answering queries or handling complaints from staff.

1.Drive business performance
- People partner is fully dedicated to the business performance of internal clients, take care of their needs and their duties by implementing better people management practices.
- Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to eliminate potential risks and to strengthen performing capabilities of business units.
- Monitor overall operating status of business units from perspective of people management and beyond, and escalade potential business risks and work with HR teams.
2.Service and support to assigned centers
(Responsive service)
- Provide HR support to employees and managers in the business unit (Centers or MF) in an approachable and professional manner.
- Answer all staff queries related to HR topics
- Coordinate necessary processes to solve reasonable request from employee
- Responsible for dealing with internal staff conflict, staff complaints or arbitrations
- Be the responsible person in the staff complaint channel and process staff complaint cases according to the staff manual
(Advisory support)
Act as a people management ambassador, develop excellent working relations with center staff, advocate and prompt up-to-date HR policies through both planned and spontaneous activities.
- Monitoring on center attendance records and follow up with Center Management on necessary actions
- Follow up with center managers to arrange staff’s annual leave reasonably
- Follow up with the Center Directors to execute on the 5-day off policy
- Conduct HR Days once a quarter to help form an open and communicative culture
- Investigate center non-compliance cases
- Encourage and motivate center staff under certain circumstances
3.HR practices processes (Employment, Termination and Transition)
- Master all people management processes and related tractions associated.
- Act as a single point of the contact for managers in business unit to handle all HR practices.
- Act as a single point of the contact for CBS team to complete all HR transactions in HIS and reality.
- Take responsibility of monitoring external HR procedures.
- Complete all internal procedures and drive CBS team to complete external procedures. Internal procedures include:
1. Interview candidates before business leaders and process internal employment procedures for new hires.
2. Process termination procedures for separations.
3. Process transition procedures for internal transfers
4.Training & Training Organization
- Conduct New Comer Orientation Training every month
- Conduct new CD HR document orientation training
- Organize special trainings in business units, for instance, trainings for annual Goal setting and PMP program.
5.Collaboration in the Team
- Work collaboratively with the regional HR team and with the whole people team. Contribute to knowledge sharing and provide support to colleagues.
- Align individual achievements with team's collective objectives. And benefit from growth of the team.
- Partnering with functional people teams to deploy and execute HR policies and programs in centers
6.Performance Management
- Facilitate the Performance Management Program annually and follow up on action plans from the PMP
- Manage employee contract/probation expiries
- Facilitate the new staff probation review and assessment
7. Career Development
- Facilitate all Personnel Development program and follow up with CDs on action plans from the PDP, such as CCTLT development program
职位要求Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above; Major either in HR Management or Business Administration (with concentration in HRM) is advantage.
2. At least 3 years working experiences, included at least 2 years HR generalist work experience, plus at least 1 year recruitment experience focus on entry level to mid-senior manager level; 2 years above in MNC is advantage.
3. Strong ownership and collaboration, willing to do attitude.
4. Good at MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint, etc.
5. English skill: can interact with fluency and spontaneity in cases of constrained complexity of text and range of topics.
6. Good understanding on the national and local labor laws and regulations.
7. Experience in handling labor disputes. Knowledge of people management functions or exposure to all kinds of HR processes.
8. Ability to maintain consistent and stable working status while facing multitasking. Keeping adaptive to changes through continuous learning.
9. Willingness to express opinions and to take initiatives to improve concerning processes.
10. Skills of using diverse communicating methods to influence people.
