职位描述：
The objective will be to ensure that all target criteria are met and that the powertrain works to its full efficiency in all operating conditions.
The role involves planning, preparation and supervision of related engine dyno and vehicle tests, assessment and documentation of test results and delivery of calibrations.
The role will require your flexibility to work in the Northern Provinces of China, such as Tianjin, Beijing, Hebei and Shanxi for test trips, engineering residency and customer on-site support.
Operational Tasks:
？ Operational planning, lead and also execution of diesel engine calibration task within the task frame work (budget, timing, technical target, resources and quality)
？ Plan and lead dynamometer engine development & validation testing and manage daily dynamometer activities (both hardware & calibration)
？ Carryout calibration tasks in diesel engine and in-vehicle SOP Calibration programs
？ Conducts, evaluates and documents detailed experiments according to guidelines in vehicle and on engine test bench
？ Provides guidance and training, sometimes on-site, for engine installation, test bed set-up and engine and vehicle testing processes and development experiments for AVL’s clients.
？ Professional work with data analysis tools such as AVL Concerto and engine testing equipment
？ Evaluation, documentation and presentation of experimental results in English
？ Direct contact with customer, AVL expert network and AVL Helpline
？ Support department skill-team leader for technical proposal support
？ Support sales team with presentation material and customer visits

？ Understanding of Chinese GB Standards required for engine and vehicle development
？ Representing the professional image of AVL at all times
？ Joint responsibility for project success and customer satisfaction
？ Read and interpret development results. Plan and take corrective actions as required
？ Dedicated commitment to safety & quality assurance
？ Strong communication and alignment of development findings in the project team
？ Professional overview of automotive industry and diesel engine calibration trends
Qualification:
？ Technician college certificate, Bachelor degree or above, major in Automation engineering
？ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in calibration for diesel engines or vehicles
？ Familiar with test bed systems, test bed testing methods and calibration procedures
？ Good communication skills, and presentation skills
？ Good team player, self-motivated.
