Position Objective:
Manage the customer service support hotline/mailbox and work as the first window to handle customer queries/feedbacks. Identify the issue and submit the request to the related Security Administrator (SA) for further process.
Assist to maintain the update of MSS CS procedures and prepare the regular service reports.
Communicate with clients and assist to build up customer relationship.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manage the customer service hotline and provide the prompt response to customers and assist to maintain the relationship with customers. (40%)
· Back up the support to customer service mailbox. (5%)
· Submit user requests from email/hotline to workflow system (SMWS). (5%)
· Work with SAs to settle the queries from customer and assist to settle the complaints from customers 30%)
· Keep the process record according to the defined procedure and prepare the related progress report. (10%)
· Other responsibilities (10%)
o Participate audit exercise and provide audit support.
o Summarize the hotline experience and share with the team.

Requirements:
· Education – College or above graduated.
· Experience – Over 3 years of related working experience. Preferably in a call centre environment with focus on customer service/ sales services.
· Special skills – Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese). Having Good command of written and spoken Korean as the third foreign language is the most appreciated.
· Other – Customer-oriented, good communication, interpersonal skills.
