1、负责公司海运进口销售业务的开展；
2、确定目标市场，挖掘进口销售市场，深层次开发客户需求，扩大销售范围，完成进口销售任务；
3、熟悉海关、商检机构对进口货物的进口监管流程；
4、具备较强的销售技巧和较强的市场开拓意识；
5、热爱物流行业，具有挑战高薪的能力和信心。
6、管理、优化销售团队，提升团队协作性和胜任力，更好的完成销售指标；
任职资格：
1、大学专科及以上学历；
2、从事海运货代或相关业务3年以上，销售工作2年以上，有一定客户资源优先；
3、具备组织协调及拓展能力并具备独立理复杂问题、应急事件的处理能力；
4、工作认真负责、思路清晰敏捷、具备协调以及解决问题的能力；
5、具备较强的工作积极性和主动服务的意识。
