职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ - Answer all products and technical inquires from sales person, customers and local distributors
？ - Provide product solution and proposal to internal colleagues and external customers
？ - Provide product’s latest presentations ,sales tools, customer reference, success stories and technical training for sales team
？ - Collect the competitor and marketing information as the basis of enhancing our own product’s performance
？ - Work closely with sales team and cross functional department to ensure successful application of Total Products
？ - Give feedback of the application of products, and suggestion of developing new products
？ - Expand niche product business, and give a plan to coaching sales person
？ -Handle customer complaint and help customer to resolve technical problems on field
？ - Implement the action plan of Technical and Product Application
？ -Build up relationship with associations to boost sales and support sales force expand business
？ -Presentation in different national seminar and company activities

Qualifications/Experience required:
？ - Minimum BS in Chemical, Engineering, Strong technical or technical service or product research background
？ - Minimum 5 years work experience in related industry experience
？ - Excellent communication and expression skills and service attitude, Adaptable to frequent business travels
？ - Team work player and strong interpersonal skill
？ - Strong problem solving capabilities and excellent data interpretation ability
？ - Ability to learn quickly and to multi-task and adaptable to changes
？ - Self-driven/motivated with strong desire to succeed, mature, initiative, independent
？ - Ability to work in team within a matrix system and under great pressure
